Details:

• Transfers occur on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month.

• Items are boxed, wrapped, and double-checked for accuracy before transfer.

• Members are notified when their items are ready for pick-up.

Notes:

• $5 fee for each additional lot over 5.

• Furniture is excluded from transfers.

 

3. FREE Unsold Items

What You Get:
Access to a table of unsold items during pick-up windows—take anything you like!

Details:

• Photos of unsold items shared with out-of-state members.

• Items are double-checked to ensure they’re unsold before offering.

4. No Late Pick-Up Fees/Free Storage

What You Get:
One week of free storage for your items if you can’t pick them up immediately.

Details:

• After 7 days, standard storage fees apply.

• Items are marked abandoned after 16 days with no additional fees.

5. Free Disposal of Abandoned Items

What You Get:
Abandon items you no longer want at no additional cost.

Note:
This benefit applies to auction house items only, not on-site auctions.

Exclusive Saturday pick-up appointments between 10 AM–12 PM.
